The Ca’ di Gianchi Inn will offer traditional dishes from Val Pentemina, such as garlic pesto, polenta, sausage, seasonal soups, and local cheeses, all prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The goal is to honor and celebrate traditional cuisine, sharing stories of hard work and deep love for the land, turning every meal into an authentic experience of local heritage.
ACTIVITIES
Val Pentemina, located within the Parco dell’Antola, already offers a variety of outdoor activities, including trekking, mountain biking, birdwatching, and photography. As part of its mission, the Cooperative also aims to revive local traditions through craft workshops, preserving and passing down artisanal skills while creating new opportunities for the community and visitors alike.

The Community Cooperative, through the Ca’ di Gianchi project, aims to respect and integrate with the territory by sustainably restoring the former inn. Once a key crossroads for the salt trade, the site will be transformed into a welcoming hub for exploring the valley, preserving its historical significance while maintaining harmony with the natural environment and local heritage.
